Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Rushmore Jewelry, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we offer. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase, and we’ve designed our Returns & Exchanges Policy to be fair, transparent, and respectful of the nature of fine jewelry.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and documentation are included
  • The item has not been altered, resized, or engraved

Due to hygiene and quality considerations, earrings may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused during shipping

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability and supplier approval.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing our support team with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will coordinate a repair, replacement, or resolution in line with our lifetime repair warranty and supplier policies.


Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team to request a return authorization.
  2. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
  3. Items must be shipped back using a trackable shipping method.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item has been inspected and approved by our supplier. Please allow 7–10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Important Notes

  • As we partner with trusted manufacturers and suppliers, all returns and exchanges are subject to supplier approval and handling timelines.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria.
  • Pricing policies such as IMAP do not affect return eligibility.
